Rental Costs
and Booking Conditions
Please read our conditions carefully before making a booking.
Prices and conditions for the year 2024
Berbiguières: $1400.00 AUD rental per week for up to 4 people
Beaulieu: $1800.00 AUD rental per week for up to 7 people
Extra charges for both properties:
House service charge: $150.00 AUD per week. Laundry fee is charged at $40 AUD per person for sheets, towels and tea-towels per week.
Discounts for longer bookings.
There is a 10 percent discount for a booking of 3 weeks or more. Note that there will be no changes to our price, booking conditions or deposits required, -once a booking is made.
Numbers of people at each cottage:-

Berbiguières:- 4 people can be accommodated (plus a fifth on a foldaway bed if required) One double bedroom/bathroom downstairs and 2/3 singles in the loft.
Beaulieu :-7 people can be accommodated. Two double bedrooms on second level, two bathrooms and a loft ( on third level ) with 2/3 single beds.
These numbers are appropriately set for the comfort of our guests.
No exceptions are possible.

A Deposit of $500 AUD per week should then be sent to us within 14 days to confirm the booking.
If booking a TOUR then a deposit of $500 AUD per person is required.
IMPORTANT and PLEASE NOTE:
Deposits are non refundable. Please ensure travel insurance is in place to cover for unforeseen cancellation protection.
Balance Payment.
Full payment is due 8 WEEKS before your first week of rental. If a cancellation is made within this 8 week period, full payment of the balance owing is required.
N.B Clients are therefore advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Insurance.
N.B. The use of accommodation/tour services offered is entirely at the user's risk, with no liability to the owners.
The owners and their representatives accept no responsibility for injury to persons
or any loss or damage to their property during the use of the accommodation/tour services and facilities.
Again, we strongly recommend that guests organise comprehensive travel insurance prior to travelling.
Payment of the deposit constitutes unconditional agreement to all of these above mentioned terms and conditions without recourse.
