Prices and conditions for the year 2020
Berbiguieres: $1200.00 AUD per week for up to 4 people
Beaulieu: $1400.00 AUD per week for up to 6 people
House service charge: $100.00 AUD
Linen/Laundry fee is charged at $35 AUD per person for sheets, towels and tea-towels.
Discounts for longer bookings.
There is a 10 percent discount for a booking of 3 weeks or more Note that there will be no changes to our price, booking conditions or deposits required once a booking is made.
Numbers of people at each cottage.
The maximum number of people for Berbiguières is 4 (plus 1 on a foldaway) and for Beaulieu 6.
These numbers are set in the light of our experience for the comfort of guests.
No exceptions are possible.
To make a booking.
To complete a booking, please either telephone, or email us to ensure that
the weeks you want are still available and we will confirm by email,
An email containing full terms and conditions will be then sent for you to read and agree to.
A Deposit of $300 AUD per week should then be sent to us within 14 days to confirm the booking. (Transfer details will be contained in terms and conditions email.)
Full payment is due 8 WEEKS before your first week of rental and is not refundable. If a cancellation is made within this 8 week period, full payment of the balance owing is required.
N.B Clients are therefore advised to take out travel insurance at least 8 weeks before departure.
A condition of booking is that in lieu of payment of a security deposit, guests agree
to leave each cottage in a genuinely proper and clean condition and to replace any
damaged items, also to report any breakages to our managers.
The use of accommodation offered is entirely at the users risk.
The owners and their representatives accept no responsibility for injury to persons
or any loss or damage to their property during the use of the accommodation and facilities.
Payment of the deposit constitutes unconditional agreement to these conditions and to our booking conditions without recourse.
VERY IMPORTANT. We do not recognise a cancellation unless you have received an email of acknowlegment from us. You remain liable for the full payment due until such an email has been received.
Deposits will only be refunded provided any weeks cancelled can be re-booked and will be paid only after full payment from another client has been received.
